Best for banishing fine lines and wrinkles

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that works wonders for the skin and hair. It helps to repair damaged cells and can even improve collagen production, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Most of the ingredients in this green smoothie are rich sources of vitamin E. Add a dash of cinnamon to this beautifying blend for an extra collagen kick and to help maintain a clear complexion.

Key ingredients:

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • half a ripe banana
  • half a small, ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
  • 220ml of almond milk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice

    Best for fighting free radicals

  • Kale, turmeric and blueberries are packed with antioxidants to battle free radicals and curb damage to your skin cells.
